Authors who publish in JELMaR (Journal of Educational Learning and Mathematics Research) agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. The work will be simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication in JELMaR is acknowledged.
2. Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository, personal website, or including it in a book), provided that acknowledgment of its initial publication in JELMaR is clearly stated.
3. Authors are encouraged to deposit and disseminate their work online before, during, and after the submission process, as this can facilitate productive exchanges, increase visibility, and potentially lead to earlier and greater citation of published work.
4. The authors are responsible for ensuring that the submitted manuscript is original, does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties, and has not been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
5. JELMaR and its Editorial Board make every effort to ensure the quality and integrity of the materials published. However, the contents of published articles remain the sole responsibility of the respective authors. The views and opinions expressed in the articles do not necessarily reflect those of the editors, editorial board, reviewers, or publisher.
6. Authors of accepted manuscripts may be required to complete and sign a Copyright Agreement Form before publication. The signed form should be submitted to the Editorial Office through the journal submission system or by email as instructed by the editorial team.
