JELMaR (Journal of Educational Learning and Mathematics Research) publishes all its articles in full open access. Therefore, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 250,000 will be applied to manuscripts accepted after the peer-review process.

The APC is paid by the author(s) or their institution to support free access for readers worldwide, improve journal management services, and cover publication-related expenses, including peer review management, copyediting, DOI registration, digital archiving, and online publication.

The APC covers the following services:

• The standard manuscript length is 12 pages. An additional fee of IDR 50,000 per page will be charged for manuscripts exceeding the standard page limit.
• Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration for each published article.
• Similarity checking using Turnitin for submitted and accepted manuscripts.
• Copyediting, layout editing, proofreading support, and online publication services.
• Long-term digital archiving and maintenance of open-access publication.

There is no submission fee for manuscripts submitted to JELMaR. The APC is charged only after a manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

Authors will receive payment instructions from the editorial office after receiving the acceptance notification.
